The nature of the industry served is primarily engineering, textile and garments. However we have also recruited for service industries (Telecom, Software and Financial Sector).

We do not head hunt from organizations or shuffle people from one industry to their competitor, which creates an unhealthy atmosphere for the organization and creates an unworthy opportunist. The sourcing of good CV’s is done through networking.

TRAINING AND EVALUATION

We have done more than 900 training programs. We started with providing behavioural training on soft skills for middle management in manufacturing units in 1997. Later with our experience we added custom made programs on request by the organizations from supervisory level to managerial level.
